This Malbec, crafted from hand-selected Lucas and Lewellen grapes, is a showstopper. Aged in custom French oak and gravity bottled, it unveils lush, dark fruit flavors balanced by velvety tannins. With no label yet but tasting beautifully, this wine is ready to impress.
The 2020 Kimsey Valley Grenache is a double-gold-winning stunner with layers of red fruit, floral aromatics, and an elegant, silky finish. This rare offering, born from a fortuitous opportunity, reveals the magic of exclusive Kimsey Valley terroir in each sip. Only 18 cases remain from this limited 43-case release.
Simplistic style. Left of skins for 48 hours to give a good complexity of acid and tannins that have rounded out really well. Aged in a tiny bit of new oak for a little zazz. Screw cap for convenience.
Single vineyard Santa Ynez Valley AVA Sangiovese. Only a couple of rows from this beautiful vineyard using old school winemaking techniques to basket press, gravity this hand bottled wine for maximum longevity in both the mouthfeel but the soul. 90 points Wine Enthusiast

Crafted from premium Sta. Rita Hills fruit, this 2022 Pinot Noir impresses with its vibrant acidity, red fruit, and subtle earthiness. Though I can’t name the vineyard, it’s unmistakable in quality—a win for Sapien Wine, and a missed opportunity for them.
The 2022 Sangiovese offers a bright acidity and flavors of cherry and dried herbs. It shines as a food wine and benefits from decanting or letting it breathe for an hour before serving.
Bold and balanced, the 2021 Syrah from Thompson Vineyard exhibits rich blackberry, black pepper, and subtle smoked meat notes. A thoughtful oak program lends softness and depth, making this wine a joy to pour and enjoy.
